Through the project we uncovered many original features of the building which had been covered away for years leaving a beautiful building to work on.

Roadhouse Developments acquired this beautiful development site in 2007 and working closely with the Medway Council and Historic England this project has become a labour of love to restore the Royal Oak public house back to its former glory.

We as a company are privileged to have been nominated for a conservation award for our work on this conversion.
